Problems with audio with intensity shuttle - someone please

hey guys i've just recently purchased a intensity shuttle 3.0 for windows and i am loving it. just i have 1 problem, i use it to capture my ps3 gameplay but when i use my ps3 wireless 7.1 headset the sound does no get passed through to my capture card when recording, it works when i dont use the headset and use normal speakers. this is a serious problem and any help would be much appreciated. i am using the black magic express program to capture gameplay, thanks someone please reply
