How to become allowed to post urls?

I want to link to an example of a glitch, so it would be helpful. Didn't find anything in the faq.

Newly registered users are prohibited from posting URLs as a security measure to ensure they are not spamming our forums. Once you reach a predetermined post count, the ability to post URLs will be available.

You should be fairly close to the post count however I don't have the exact number.
