Unacceptable

I love my BM cameras but using this forum as the support option is totally inadequate. I have spent hours trying to find the location of a simple firmware upgrade. I appreciate the BM staff but it is time to recognize that the available support options don't come close to meeting the needs of those who purchase the products.

Location of the firmware update.. :shock:

On the website under support and select your product and download.. ;) How easy can it be..

This Dorum is more of a Support Group of users, not a BM Customer support system. We try to help,where and when we can, it is a learning experience for us all. :roll:
