I like Blackmagic and was super giddy about the Ursa Mini but then turned off by the shipping debacle and complete lack of communication by Blackmagic. It seems like we are in the middle of this culture of over promising and under delivering as evidenced by the multitude of camera announcements that get delayed or even scrapped completely. In this current situation, I think Blackmagic should take a page out of Soloshot's customer communication manual. Although, I am again frustrated by the shipping delays, I at least know what is going on and I can see progress. Its a simple webpage with some information, not hard to do.
