Converter no working

I bought A Delock Converter to connect a Sandisk extreme pro but my pc dont read the ssd.
Must I download a software ?

So if you have a Windows machine and you Formatted it to HFS+ you wont be able to see the drive.
Also are you sure you installed the drivers of the adapter if any needed?
Do you see the adapter in your hardware log?
Can format discs to ExFAT (Windows/Mac) or HFS+ (Mac) file systems.
