Red announced today "THE WORLD’S FIRST HOLOGRAPHIC MEDIA MACHINE.
IN YOUR POCKET. NO GLASSES NEEDED."



It is a new modular "camera" and "smartphone". Not sure how it works.

From Cinema5D "This RED smartphone promises 3D, VR, AR and holographic display capabilities, and being able to seamlessly switch between all the different modes."

So Red can make a holographic smart phone but they can't make a camera that shoots skin tones as well as Blackmagic or the Alexa?

This could be good though

Holographic like the Nintendo 3DS or something else?
