CRONUS LUTs package (3 Free LUTs)

PostMon Aug 07, 2017 3:59 pm

Hi guys,

I've been a freelance colorist for a couple of years and people have been asking me a lot for LUTs to help them grade their footage. So since august 1st I've started with selling LUTs Packages.

You can download a free demo LUT package with 3 LUTs (Rec709 and Log versions) to play around with over at : http://www.hyperioncolor.com/shop

The first package I've made is the "Cronus cinematic grading package" it contains +60 creative and utility LUTs.

Check it out and let me know what you guys think! Your feedback is appreciated!

Some of my previous work

cheers,

Michiel

Hi Nick,

Included the Cronus package our conversion LUTs for following camera brands log profiles :

Log to Rec709 conversion

ARRI

ARRI Clog to Rec709 v1
ARRI Clog to Rec709 v2

Blackmagic

BMCC to Rec709
URSA 4K to Rec709
URSA 4.6K to Rec709

Canon

Canon Clog to Rec709

DJI

DJI Dlog to Rec709
DJI Phantom4 Dlog to Rec709
MAVIC pro D-LOG to Rec709

Panasonic

Panasonic Vlog to Rec709

RED
REDlog to Rec709 v1
REDlog to Rec709 v2
REDlog to Rec709 v3

Sony
Slog to Rec709
Slog to Rec709
Slog3 to Rec709
Technicolor

Technicolor to Rec709

The 50 creative LUTs each have two versions :

Rec709 : Destined for footage that's already balanced, these LUTs only contains the the color transformation.

So you can do the balancing of the image on your own and add the LUT as a color look.

LOG: Destined for log footage, these LUTs contain the color transformation and a standard Rec709 to log conversion.

Less work but not as precise as the method mentioned above.

If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask!

cheers,

Michiel
