Forum search says product names are "too common" - WTF?!

I'm attempting to search the forum(s) for specific products; in this case the "Intensity Pro 4K".
When I enter that in the forum search field (basic or advanced) the result is a page that says:
"The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: intensity pro 4k."

and NO results are returned. Seriously? WTF?

So I have to scroll through thousands of irrelevant posts to scan for a specific BMD product?
What am I doing wrong? Or is this just abysmal online forum configuration and management?
Of course the help topics are generalized and of no help.

Sorry to BMW about it - it's just a huge time waster if the search function doesn't work.

Thanks for any guidance!

What is it you want to know about the Blackmagic Design Intensity Pro 4K? Supported codecs, software update, price, compatibility with other applications... &c?

I used to run several busy phpBB 2.0 forums until about 10 years ago and I have to say that the search function has never been that good.

Search has always been borked on this forum.

Workaround: Do a Google search limited to the forum:
