Is it possible to build a mini PC with Decklink + 3DLUT

Basically wondering if you built an ITX or smaller PC and used a Decklink Mini Monitor 4k would you be able to get something like Kodi to play out via the decklink with a 3D LUT for your TV?
There are obviously devices for adding a LUT along the picture line, and the Teranex Mini is an awesome option for this. But if it were possible to make a Kodi box perform the same function natively that would be a super interesting proposition.
