ATEM Skaarhoj - like builder in Los Angeles

Hello,
I do many remote and location switching assignments and use my small laptop to switch the ATEM 1/M/E. Has anyone in the forum built an Arduino for switching the ATEM? I've acquired the boards and software, but I see no connection forms or schematics and without the full blueprint I have no desire to start down the path blindly. Any assistance is appreciated. I've long thought about a small box of buttons but the Skaarhoj, Mixit, and Cooper are all about the same price. Is one more reliable and less likely to lock up mid show? Thanks.

Bulding one off, small controller like that will not be much cheaper at the end, unless your time is “free”... might as well buy it, but that’s just my opinion.
