Looking for a DP in the DC area for Summer 2018

I'm in pre-production on a project that will be filmed this summer in the Washington DC area.
The script is 102 pages, so it's going a full length feature.
I'm looking for somebody who has a camera, either any of the Black Magic Cinema Camera to pick up the cinematography.
I'm not looking to pay somebody. Instead I'm looking for somebody who wants a chance to build a reel and take credit for the photography on a feature length film. Look at this as building your resume and a way to show what you can do so you can commend a pay in the future.
