This being a Resolve forum, we get to read our fair share of rants as to why it's so sluggish, why this doesn't work as it should, etc.
I saw this today and wanted to post a point of view from the other side of the fence.
From my personal experience with Premiere (which I used before Resolve, and FCP7 before that) is that it crashes on Quit pretty much every time. It's not a biggie since by then I have saved my session, but it has been happening consistently for years. And this is not Hackintosh weirdness because it does the same exact thing on my MBP. If anything, Premiere on my Hackintosh is far more stable than on the actual Apple hardware. But why read my rants when you can watch this guy elucidate them so much better:
