VHS and hi8 capture suggestion

İ just owned a decklink 4k
İ want help about capture my casettes with best quality which ican.
İ tried own program of decklink but there is not enough codec etc selection.
Which program u Will suggest ne and what settings i have to do for best quality.
İ have a good CPU , gpu and SSD .
