For Sale Zeiss ZF 35mm f/2.0 Lens — Mint Condition

For Sale Zeiss ZF 35mm f/2.0 Mint lens. This is basically a new in the open box lens, only used to test, and once for a short Studio green screen shot on the Ursa 4K. This is a great little lens, can take EF adapter for use on EF mount, and is a manual lens, with iris f/stop ring and a very well dampened focus ring.

Add a lens FF gear, and the lens will work nicely with a follow focus kit. Also, this lens is a good candidate for the Duclos Cine lens conversion, which gives a nice FF gear, de-clicked iris and a 77/80mm front ring and new 80mm lens cap. I had my 28mm ZF lens done, makes a very nice cine seuo on a budget. Optically, this lens is the same as the Zeiss CP 35mm f/2.0 Cine lens costing 4x $ more.

This lens is a ZF, not ZF2, which are perfect for video work. The main difference between the two, is ZF2 lenses have a CPU chip and lens contacts for Nikon Cameras to know the lens mounted and control the iris through the camera. ZF1s are all manual lenses, no CPU chip. Otherwise optically they are the same.
