Looking on their website I can't see you listed https://www.bvexpo.com

This is a User’s forum, we have not clue... you need to contact BMD Support directly as ask them.

I thought as much Daz, but BM reps only occasionally reply here, and then mostly about technical issues. I thought a direct approach might get faster reply for you.
