Hi, I haven't owned an IPhone. Can you set it to default live write to an external drive (through lightening and through WiFi portable drive)?

I hear you can backup this way now, but there still isn't enough memory to do a descent amount of 150mb/s+ filming (vizzygig app), so I want to love save it to an ssd or WiFi drive.

I also interested if anybody has found a way to do 4kp50 filming, 10+ bits, 4:2:2, raw or still fra es at 24fps+?

Thanks in advance.

Well, after a lot, lot of precious time wasted, I found answers.

iOS devices seem restricted..  Various external devices have filming apps which will backup footage once recording is finished.  The closest is a sandisk wifi device that I understand will backup footage after you stop recording automatically.  At least you get to use better third party camera apps by the looks of it.

16GB  SE looks pretty useless, even a fresh system will not hold around 10 minutes of 150mb/s+ footage.

The vizzywig app seems to manage saving streams. So, there must be an app side technique to do something over WiFi.

Thanks to everybody who bothered to share what they know.
