Editing TV Commercials for Australian Broadcast

Just wondering if any Resolve editors have had experience editing / uploading TV commercials for broadcast on Australian networks at all? I'm currently using Premiere Pro for all my editing needs ... some of which is broadcast TVCs ... I'm seriously looking at jumping over to Resolve but one of my main concerns is if I can export a suitable file for Australian FREE TV broadcast requirements?? Currently the distributor I use (IMD / Peach Media) supplies an export template that Premiere Pro uses to deliver a TVC with the correct standards of video levels audio level (OP59) requirements. I have contacted them today and they apparently don't supply the same export template for Resolve!?
Any experience, advice or opinions (hopefully constructive) would be greatly appreciated.
