D. Generic SDI-HDMI Converter + Portable Battery (to power converter via USB) + SDI Cable [i](this only worked for me in 30p, tested with Zacuto EVF. 24p Mode was not supported with EVF, I do not know why and could not resolve this unless i go to 30P mode)[/i]
