Audio missing from program output

Hi All,

I have connected my Behringer X2222USB main output to Television Studio HD as audio input, but for some reason my PGM output missing audio. I am not using cameras audio.

I think you missing some settings or something.
If any one know about this please let me know.

Is the XLR channel on? Fader up? Do you get movement on the master VU?

XLR is on, fader is up but even @ +6db I get two vertical bars on xlr +master VU. If I connect the same source to camera input and make camera audio on it works fine.

I think the item is faulty need to speak to BBM.

I have had a similar issue on my Production Studio 4K. It had to be fixed by BMD. Since then, no problems.

I have observed another strange behaviour.

If I connect XLR audio source I can see the audio signal on camera input 5 and if I turn the camera 5 input on from front panel, there is gradual increasing feedback which reach clip/red level then continuously all vertical bars are on.

Hope some one from BM read this and help to solve this, as currently I am sending audio from mixer to to one of camera and then going to master.
