pocket cinema guidelines

PostWed Sep 20, 2017 12:29 pm

Hello, I have a problem with my pocket cinema. At first I was unable to change guidelines, there just wasn`t an option in the menu. Now I have updated the firmware via blackmagic camera utility and now not only that I can`t change guideline, the first part of the menu is gone altogether. When I pres menu it goes straight into camera settings. So now I can`t format cards any more :) nice update :) how do I go on about fixing this?

Roll back to older firmware.. Remove the BMD software for the camera on your PC. Download an old version and install that on your pc. Connect Camera and it will say "update firmware" (Yes it is a downgrade but it will say upgrade.
