At what point can you name your capture file?

Has "untitled 01" there and though I try to change it, it doesn't accept any changes, but just says "do you want to overwrite Untitled 01?" I don't want it to overwrite Untitled 01 but if I say yes, it still won't let me type in a new file name. When will it let me name my new capture file?
