Hello,
Mini recorder was working fine. Upgraded to Catlina and the new Desktop Video software.
The Desktop Video Preferences Panel does not detect a device. White light on.
Oddly, System Report -> Thunderbolt shows the Mini Recorder available on the hardware bus.
Called support and they just had me uninstall restart, reinstall, restart. Still no go.
Updated Catlina, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, etc., etc. No device detected. Still shows on Thunderbolt bus.
Purchased a Elgato Cam Link 4K, plugged it in and it just works.
Any suggestions or are we just waiting for Desktop video to be updated? How to escalate this?
