Intensity shuttle thunderbolt and 1080p25

PostWed Jan 01, 2020 8:25 pm

I am struggeling a bit with the intensity shuttle. I have a canon eos c100 with hdmi output. The camera framerate setting is "PF25" and the settings on the shuttle is 1080p25 both in the express app and the video setup but still my images shows black screen...

If I change camera setting to 50i and the shuttle settings the same it works fine. Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong?

PF25 (should be PsF) is progressive video in a format that allows interlaced video devices to read the progressive format. Use a true progressive recording format 25P if it's available on your camera, or record in 50i.

According to the manual, 1080i resolution for HD is possible, and only 480p/576p for SD resolution over the HDMI output, in live monitor mode.
HD recodings are done/stored on media in interlaced mode
