This camera records to SD card..... for direct capture from the camera you need to set it to a resolution, which your Intensity capture device supports, and also the video connection type, start with the connection type, you will see then which resolutions are available.
You want to stream a live camera feed ?
Explain your goal.
The Intensity Shuttle is mostly used for capturing video, to archive.
maybe the ultra studio mini recorder, is a better choice ?

Hi Sir,
Thanks for replying to my post.
My goal is to capture video from Pansonic hc v785 camcorder via intensity shuttle via hdmi and do live streaming by using softwares such as vmix/wirecast/obs etc. I usually use pansonic ag ux90 4k camera. I can easily capture from this camera ( ag ux90) at 1080@25p and 1080@50i.

My hc v785 gives video out via hdmi in two formats 1080@50p and 1080@50i. Though 1080@50p format is not supported by intensity shuttle but 1080@50i is supported. I have captured video from hc v785 few months back using intensity but now when i am trying i get blank(black) screen in all softwares media express/vmix etc. I have tried using different versions of intensity drivers and but the same problem persists. I am currently using 11.4.0.0 version of intensity drivers.

Thank you.

The only thing i can imagine is the quality of the HDMI cable used, try using a short cable of one meter,
you always use a 3.0 USB port on your laptop/pc for the Itensity Shuttle ?
You can try different setups with other equipment ? to rule out, or isolate the "error".....
