Hyperdeck File Format

PostFri Sep 21, 2012 1:16 pm

I have some uncompressed HD clips that I need to copy over to a Hyperdeck shuttle for playback. However, the format of the clips is not directly compatible and some sort of conversion is required. I am looking for some advice on how to achieve this.

The file format of the clips is as follows:
- 1080i @ 60 fps
- 10-bit 4:2:2
- YUV planar

Can anyone tell me the correct file format for playback on the Hyperdeck? Also, any suggestions of how to achieve the conversion would be appreciated!

The 4c code will be important. It needs to be a y210 codec.
