Programatically Set Input HDMI to Component

As spoken on the phone We are trying to dynamically through c# change the input source (Set Input) of the black magic device from
HDMI Video & HDMI Audio to
Component Video & Analog RCA Audio

We can do this using the Black Magic Design Control Panel. However our requirement is to do this programatically.

We have discovered that the control panel modifies the following registry entries -
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\services\DeckLink\Settings\001E0100\VideoInputSource from HDMi to Component
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\services\DeckLink\Settings\001E0100\AudioInputSource from Embedded to Analog

However when we make these changes, the control panel registry entries are updated but the black magic is still reading from the HDMI Source.
The control panel however shows these changes has been applied.

When we make these changes from the control panel, the video input source is immediately updated.
We would like to know how we could configure blackmagic to set this input source programatically. Any help urgently would be greatly appreciated.
