BMD Intensity in Premiere, but not installed

Running Win7 and Adobe CC. Premiere is showing a Blackmagic Intensity card as a capture device, although I uninstalled the card over a year ago, along with Desktop. I was running CS6 when the Intensity card was installed. Does BMD offer a 'cleaning' software, or where should I look to remove whatever remnants remain to cause Premiere to think the card is there?

Did you try removing the drivers from your computer?

Apparently not, and wouldn't have any idea how to do so. I thought uninstalling Desktop handled that.

Ah...just re-installed BMD Desktop, then uninstalled, and it's gone!!
