Can't Get Intentisy Extreme to work

I cant seem to get me intensity extreme to work on my mac. I have version 10.7.5 and a HD camera that I want to link to the BlackMagic Media Express app.

Any help would be appreciated

Should have put more information on this post.....

I have a canon legria h25 camera which as far as I can tell runs on a 1080p 25fps. But I have tried using all the different input settings on the BlackMagic system preferences and the preferences on the media express app but I'm still getting a black screen with 'NO REMOTE' in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Please help.....
