Wow, just found a 16 GB Extreme Sandisk card at Walmart on sale for $24.99......got home and tested it and the BlackMagic Disk Speed test indicated write speeds averaging 36 Mbps ........works perfectly in the BMPCC........but here's the kicker, I took out all my SD cards and most averaged 18 Mbps but I had a sleeper in my bunch that equalled the Extreme Sandisk, it was a HP 32GB card, I paid $35 for it at Staples (less expensive online) and I tested it on the BMPCC and not a single dropped frame (at 24p) the card is a bonafide sleeper! It consistently tests at 36 Mbps and even peaked at 39 Mbps!
Here's the card guys, get them while you can at Staples, they are much faster than rated:

(I haven't tested the 30p mode which would require the fastest spec!)
