Connecting Problem

Hi few days back i brought Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle thunderbolt, the problem is i cant capture the video in after effects, Final cut pro, Avid media Composer. even i cant see blackmagic device in all editing software. i can capture using media express.
i seen instructions into blackmagic site. but still its not happening

Plz give me step by step instruction for BM & Avid MC setting, After effects, final cut pro
