connecting ps3 to imac 27 via intensity shuttle thunderbolt

hi
is it possible for me to use my imac 27 as a display to play my ps3 through the component connection on the intensity shuttle and then using the thunderbolt on it which then connects to my imac
i am not really fussed about recording and everything , i just want to use the imac to play my games and blurays !
ive looked through heaps of forums and i havent found an answer yet so it d be great if you guys can help me

No, this does not work like this.

The Intensity Shuttle does not turn your iMac into a Cinema display.

On the other hand you could use the iMac with our Media Express software in conjunction with the Intensity Extreme to "capture" your game play footage (over Component only), but the Media Express window is not full screen and this is not really what you are looking for.
