Intensity Extreme with 10.8.2 and AMC 6.5 ???

Hi,
I'm using a brand new iMac (10.8.2) with Avid Media Composer 6.5. I've plugged a Blackmagic Intensity Extreme (Desktop Video 9.6.4 installed) for monitoring. But there isn't any signal. It seems that the Mac doesn't recognize the Blackmagic (About this Mac > Thunderbolt : nothing connected). Anybody knows how to fix it ?

I've reinstalled the driver a second time BUT I realized that there was a contact problem with the Intensity. I have to push the Thunderbolt cable until the white light turns on... And than it works perfectly. So, I'll go back to the deller to fix it.

New Intensity Extreme and now it works perfectly well. Mac OS 10.6.8 and Avid Media Composer 6.5 !

New intensity shuttle, and all is OK !!
