Hi,

I got intensity extreme, and install all the tools/softwares on that CD (including desktop video).

The question is I cannot see anything working now.

My mac is OSx 10.8.2.

Two things I found after installation.
1. I open "system preference-->(Others)BlackMagic Design", I only see two tab on that setting window, "settings" and "processing"; I cannot find "Audio" and "Video" tabs. Don't know why.

2. I open "BlackMagic Media express", it told me "no device is connected".

Can someone tell me how to get the set-up works?

BTW, forget mentioned, I connect the Intensity extreme to Mac with thunderbolt cable.
