Problems bye installing Decklink cards on 2003

Hi together,

we tried to install the following cards into a 2003 Server. Each card single installation.

Decklink SDI; Duo and Quad

Bye installing the software version 9.6.5 the system with the SDI and Duo it reboots during the driver installation.
The Quad card will not be displayed inside the device Manager.

We are using:
MB: Intel S3000
CPU: Xeon X3220
RAM: 4 GB

Can somebody tell us why it happens and why the Quad cards is not inside the device manager?
