I need help setting up a Blackmagic Intensity Pro (NON 4K)

PostTue Dec 12, 2023 2:46 am

Hello :D

I just got a 2007 Blackmagic Intensity Pro (NON 4K), and I have installed the latest drivers.
When I try and feed a composite signal into the card, all I am getting is a Black Screen.

Any tips?
(I am running Windows 10 64-Bit)

First of all the Intensity is detected by the BMD software ?
what kind of (analog?) signal you're feeding into the Intesity ?
An analog VCR signal needs to be stable, straight from the VCR will not work most of the time.
Something like a Time Base Corrector or a DVD/HDD recorder that has that feature as passthrough would help,
Also, the resolution NTSC/PAL (if that's the case) should be supported.
see my guide elswhere in this Getting Started forum section.
