System Config Extreme 3D Plus

I need to integrate a windows based system for BMD Extreme 3D Plus
Please advise if the following is likely to work

Application :
Live : Capture 3D Hi Def video dual stream HD-SDI
source is a medical camera ( inside the body )
Live : Project in 3D to a live audience
Offline : Edit and burn blueray discs

PCIe Graphics Card NVidia GTX 560Ti / 1GB ( Asus )
BD Writer SATA Sony
Corsair 650W TX ver 2 SMPS / Corsair 500R chassis
OS : Windows 7 prof 64 bit
Adobe Priemer Pro CS6

My Questions are :
(1)is the motherboard going to work with the BMD Extreme 3D ?
(2) is the 4 way stripe going to give enough speed for data capture
of dual HD-SDI Signal ( 3D ) ?
(3)is the power supply rating enough ? what Power is the Decklink Card likely to consume ?
