HDMI capture is it possible?

hi.
Want to capture HDV of my SONY HDR FX 1000 E camera from mini DV cassettes to i mac 21.5.
What shall i do firstly? is "BLACKMAGIC INTENSITY SHUTTLE FOR THUNDERBOLT COMPUTERS" can capture video from HDMI cable?
or i need to buy "Blackmagic Design UltraStudio Express, Thunderbolt Powered Video I/O Device"

what products i need to use? maybe some 1394 ports?

The Intensity Shuttle TB, should suffice for this. Capturing from the camera will not be a problem. But capturing from any HDCP encrypted footage, such as a Bluray player will not work.
