I want to change the location, size, and number of view boxes on my ATEM mini Pro.

Please follow the instructions.
Open the ATEM software control on your computer and navigate to the multiview tab after that change the layout by dragging and dropping the view boxes and then adjusting their size, selecting the number of views and save.
