The problem I deal with is that I do not get a UHD connection between a "Blackmagic Micro Converter HDMI to SDI 12G" and a "Blackmagic Micro Converter SDI to HDMI 12G". I am using a 12G SDI-cable which length is 15 meters. My source device is a UHD-streaming device and on the other side my projector is also a UHD video projector. I just get a 1920x1080 resolution. I also checked via software "Blackmagic Converters Setup" every single adjustment, but I do not find a solution. Can you help me?
