Perhaps my previous questions were misleading. I'll start again from the very beginning:
I would like to use UltraStudioExpress to record HDMI.
For this I would like to use a shell or PythonScript under macOS, with which
I can send a "Start_Record", which then writes an mp4 file in a defined directory.
So far all the professionals say that this is not possible and that I should use something like AjA. Has anyone ever successfully developed a remote solution?
