Hi everybody i'm a new Blackmagic Design user i received my product today conntectd my set-top box unit to my capture device, i'm able to receive picture on my screen but no sound. I also tried various software and still no go could you suggest software which im able to preview the recording in full screen mode other than staring at that box?
specs are
Display resolution: 15.6" 1366 x 768
CPU: intel Core i5 2520M (2.50Ghz) Sandy Bridge
Memory: 8Gb
Hard Drive 500GB Hybrid Drive 7200 RPM 2.5"

I tried configuring the sound in the sound config settings within windows and still no go and i have the latest drivers installed......also souldn't teh sound be outputting through the USB cable like most capturing devices do?
