Hi xathanor,

If you're still in need of assistance, the fastest way to get in touch with our support team is to call them directly. If you're in the US, the number is +1 408-954-0500. The numbers for our other support offices are available on the Company page.

In that case, please call the European support line. +44(0) 1565 830049

I'm sorry I can't help you myself! The support team knows the products in and out, much more than I do.

To follow up, the Dealers in the EMEA region typically do support for their products in your native tongue, which might make the process easier for you.

But if you'd still rather deal directly with BMD Europe you can email that at support-emea@blackmagicdesign.com
