Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0 W7 64 Detection Problem

first of all - my hardware meet all the requirements. I even bought a special USB PCI card, so it's this NEC device.
My problem is - after I install all the software, drivers etc. - Intensity Shuttle suddenly cannot be detected.
I can see it clearly before the installation, when there is no drivers and Windows struggles to find ones - but after that - it's gone. Pluging it in and out does nothing.
But - when I plug it to an usb 2.0 port, where drivers are not installed - bam - I can see it again.
Does anyone knows what the problem is? It is really, really annoying.
