Intensity pro and iOS 6

I used the intensity pro to record videos from my ipad. This worked in iOS 5. But for it to work I had to set the iPad to NTSC output.
I live in a PAL region so the iPad is not set to NTSC by default. After upgrading to iOS 6 it won't output any more video to the intensity pro. I can't find the option to set my iPad to NTSC anymore. Seems to have gone.
Anyone have an idea?
