Please Help!?!! Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt not working

So currently, I have a Intensity Shuttle (Thunderbolt) which I have hooked up to wires accordingly; HDMI in and out, along with a thunderbolt cable from the shuttle to my macbook.

Both HDMI's work, and the thunderbolt as well (The inside of the shuttles lights are turned 'on' when the thunderbolt cable is attached). However, on both the HDTV the HDMI out was connected to, as well as on Media Express, there was no footage from the Xbox 360.

Any help?

tried on an early 2011 MBP and a retina MBP no joy they worked at first then randomly decided to stop running the latest drivers and OSX. I emailed Blackmagic support a couple days ago but as yet no reply
