Hello,
I'm attempting to get my Mac Pro 4,1 running Mountain Lion 10.8.2 to recognize a new Decklink Studio Pro 2 card. I've now installed it in all available slots, 2-4 and installed and uninstalled multiple versions of the driver, from 9.5 through the current 9.6.8 but the Mac Pro will not recognize that the driver is installed and the card is inoperable.
The system profiler displays the card as installed but it continues to display the driver as not installed. Also, oddly, the system profiler indicates the card is inside slot 4 no matter which slot it is actually in.
Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?
