Presentation software feed to ATEM

PostTue Jul 29, 2014 5:34 pm

We currently have screen projection software which is fed to a Kramer VP-719xl scaler/switcher. I would like to take that feed into the ATEM ME-1 and use it for a lower third or PIP input. Is there a converter that would take it and upscale it into a 1080p SDI format? Output of the presentation software is native 1024x768. The available output of the Kramer 719 is VGA and does not have a 1080p selectable pixel rate.

Check out the Datavideo DAC-70. It has VGA input and SDI output.

Thank you, the DAC-70 does seems to be the lowest price unit to make the VGA to SDI conversion.
