H.264 Pro Recorder 1080i 29.97 to 720p 25 .mp4?

Will I be able to use "H.264 Pro Recorder" capture from Full HD 1920X1080 Frame rate 29.97 becomes 1280x720 Frame rate 25. Mp4
I want to buy "H.264 Pro Recorder",
please give me answers! :shock:

no you can't. output frame rate will be the same as input frame rate.

Although if you are using a windows pc you can use MXLight (inexpensive third party software) to encode the H.264 output directly to any desired frame rate/resolution.
