HDMI program out from ATEM Television Studio not working?

It seems I'm getting nothing from the HDMI program out on my ATEM TS. I have bars on the screen in my multi-view monitor, but when I plug that same, working HD TV into the HDMI program out I get nothing. Shouldn't I have a full screen of bars there? Am I missing something obvious?

As far I know, the multiview allways work on 1080i-resolution. The HDIM-program out works with the resolution, which is set up. Maybe the resolution is diffrent to 1080i and not supported by your monitor...

If this isn't the solution,
are you sure that the bars are live?
No FTB active?

Maybe try the USB2 h264 output too to verify the programout is working correctly.

Could you try changing another monitor or different video format to test? I reckon it might be the HDMI PGM OUT port that could be faulty, you might want to flag it up with your regional BMD support team.

I've tested coming out of my iMac's thunderbolt port to an HDMI adapter and into the monitor, and it works fine with different resolutions. I can also capture using the ATEM capture feature over the usb connection (although I don't get audio which is a separate problem, I think). I'll work with support on this. Thanks.

Did you ever figure out how to get the HDMI Output to your TV or Macbook? I'm getting audio, but no video. Using HDMI. Thanks for any help.

Yeah, I've been working with support. Bad HDMI port, it appears. Sorry to see others having the same issue. I was able to test my SDI prog out using a SDI-HDMI miniconverter I already had, going into that SDI, and out HDMI into my monitor, and I got bars.
