SDI to Analog Converter

The Open Gear Converter which is decoding 720 SDI signal constantly gives and SDI Lock error. How can I correct this?

If that card is throwing SDI lock errors it means that the SDI signal going into it is being broken. Are you changing the routes to that card when this happens?
